Each mould is designed in-house, drawing on more than 10 years of experience in the processing of thermosetting and composite materials using epoxy resins, vinyl ester resins, rubbers and silicones, with particular attention to functionality, precision and component industrialisation.

We design and manufacture moulds and tooling for the production and post-processing of thermosetting materials.

Developed according to the production process, component geometry and manufacturing requirements.

We use different materials for our moulds and tooling, including WB890-type resins and equivalent materials, aluminium moulds and steel moulds.

From the customer’s 3D model to the finished mould: we develop moulds and tooling entirely in-house, from simple to complex, optimised around the component and the production process.
